Early Life & Acting Career
Kartik Aaryan’s journey in Mumbai was very struggling, no support or no life identity, even during his struggle days, he lived in a small house with 12 people in Mumbai and also cooked food for them, so that, he can earn something.
And to make his dream come true, he used to travel in the local train for four hours every day, but he always kept going through the same audition, in many places he was unfit and in many places, without seeing his face, he was rejected without audition.
The journey from Kartik Tiwari to Kartik Aryan and engineer to the actor was not so easy for Kartik.
Kartik was born on 22 November 1990 in Gwalior city of Madhya Pradesh. Kartik’s real name is Kartik Tiwari, he changed his surname to Aryan before Tiwari releases of his second film Akashvani. Also, since childhood, Kartik is called by his close relative “Koki”.
Kartik’s parents are both doctors, his Father Manish Tiwari is a “paediatrician” and mother Mala Tiwari is a “gynaecologist”.
This is the reason that his parents wanted Kartik to grow up to become a doctor and later his parent’s dream was fulfilled by Kartik’s younger sister Kritika. Kartik was lost at the age of 4 in Karol Bagh Market in Delhi, when his parents, with the help of the police, found him after a 4-hour search.
He did his early education in Gwalior but always had the same desire in his mind to become an actor but he never mentioned his parents about his dream.
Because whenever he told his friend about his desire to become an actor, everyone made a joke of him. After passing 12th, Kartik thought that if he wanted to become an actor, he would have to move to Mumbai.
For this, he took admission in D.Y. Patil College, Mumbai by giving his parents an excuse for B.Tech. Kartik had arrived in the city of dreams, Mumbai, but it was difficult for him to support the fees of the Acting Institute to learn acting.
Because he used to take money from his parents for his studies. Kartik had no connection with the Bollywood industry nor did he recognize anyone.
So, he had only one option and that is social media, through which he used to search for casting costs and actor requirements for the becoming an actor.
In this way, he started auditioning for small ads and also tried in modeling.At the same time, Kartik got admission in a Creating Character Institute in Andheri without any fees. This is how Kartik started learning acting.
For the next 3 years, this same phase of audition and rejection continued. But when Kartik was in the third year of college, He was called to audition for the film Pyaar Ka Panchnama.
More interestingly, he was also shortlisted for an advertisement on the same day and Kartik had a college exam the same day, but Kartik decided to leave both to audition for the film, but he was rejected in the audition of the film.
Later, Kartik was very regretted as to why he went to audition for the movie because if he did the ad, he would get a check of ₹5000 and his entire year was going to be spoiled due to not giving exams.
Kartik’s photos were later noticed by the casting director and Kartik was called back to audition for the same film. After which many auditions of Kartik were taken but when he completed the famous monologues in one take, he was finalized for the film.
Pyaar Ka Panchanama was a big hit in Youngster when it was released. After the release of Pyaar Ka Punchnama, Aryan completed an engineering degree on his mother’s insistence.
After this, Kartik was seen in Akashvani, Kanchi, Silvat (short movie) and Guest iin London, of which nothing special was left except Pyaar Ka Panchnama 2.
After the release of Sonu Ke Titu Ki Sweety in the year 2018, Kartik got actual success and this film made Kartik a shining star of Bollywood.

Taapsee Pannu and Kartik Aaryan
It was reported that Taapsee Pannu was coming in the role of a heroine in the remake of Pati Patni Aur Woh. Taapsee signed the film. But when the trailer of the film came, Bhumi Pednekar appeared in place of Taapsee. This meant that Taapsee was dropped from the film and Bhumi was signed.
