Early Life & Career
Anand Ahuja was born on 30 July 1985 in New Delhi to a business family. He grew up within the posh Jor Bagh area of ​​Delhi and at the moment lives in Golf Links in a neighbourhood in New Delhi.
He did his schooling from the American Embassy School of New Delhi. He did his Bachelor of Science, Economics and International Relations in 2007 from The Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania in Philadelphia, USA.
He had pursued his post-graduation in MBA from the University of Pennsylvania, USA, but somehow he couldn’t complete it.
He did his internship with multinational investment bank and financial services company, Deutsche Bank AG and worked as a product manager intern at Amazon.
After returning to India, he initially joined with his family business Shahi Exports Pvt Ltd, which was then run by his father Harish Ahuja. In 2012, he founded a clothing brand called Bhaane (formerly known as Bhane) with Abhineet Singh (co-founder).
Bhaane is a clothing brand that creates contemporary, wearable clothes for men and women that celebrate simplicity and a sense of personality.

Answering this, Anand said that Bhaane’s CO-founder Abhineet Singh who is a Punjabi guy, he likes to eat non-veg and I (Anand ) am vegan (vegetarian) from a Sindhi family. Like meals, their shoe style can also be an exact opposite as Anand likes Latest and lightest shoes whereas Abhineet likes vintage and leather-based shoes. They each have totally different tastes for each meal and shoes.

Anand hails from a high profile, Sindhi traditional business family. His father’s name is Harish Ahuja, a businessman and his mother’s name is Priya Ahuja, who is a housewife. Anand has a younger brother Anant Ahuja, who is a DJ and businessman.
